1. Introduction

Welcome to REIA Egypt, a digital platform operated by REIA Holding.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the REIA Egypt platform, website, application, digital tools, communication channels, consultation services, file-sharing tools, booking systems, payment features, reports, and any related services provided through or in connection with the platform.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, booking a consultation through, uploading files to, communicating through, paying through, or otherwise using REIA Egypt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies, notices, guidelines, or service-specific terms made available by REIA Egypt.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Platform means REIA Egypt, including its website, application, digital systems, dashboards, communication tools, booking tools, payment tools, consultation management systems, and related services.

REIA Egypt, we, us, or our means the REIA Egypt platform operated by REIA Holding.

REIA Holding means the operating legal entity responsible for operating the platform.

User, client, or you means any person who accesses or uses the platform, creates an account, books a consultation, communicates with consultants, uploads files, pays for services, receives reports, or contacts support.

Consultant means an independent real estate consultant who provides professional consultation services to users through the platform.

Consultation means an online real estate consultation session, advisory interaction, written response, report, review, recommendation, or related service provided by a consultant through the platform.

User Content means any data, file, message, document, image, note, instruction, description, request, contract, offer, payment plan, screenshot, or other content submitted, uploaded, shared, or transmitted by a user through the platform.

Platform Content means the platform design, software, text, branding, trademarks, logos, templates, reports, structures, workflows, databases, interface elements, and other content made available by REIA Egypt, excluding User Content and third-party content.

Service Providers means third parties that support platform operations, including payment processors, hosting providers, communication tools, analytics providers, customer support tools, cybersecurity providers, and technical infrastructure providers.

3. Nature of the Platform

REIA Egypt is a digital platform that facilitates access to independent online real estate consultation services. The platform allows users to:

Book online real estate consultations.
Communicate with independent real estate consultants through official in-platform tools.
Share documents, files, images, notes, and information related to a consultation.
Track consultation progress and service status.
Receive consultation reports, summaries, opinions, or recommendations.
Contact platform support for service-related matters.

REIA Egypt acts as a technology platform and service facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by REIA Egypt, the platform does not act as:

A real estate developer.
A real estate brokerage firm.
A property seller.
A property buyer.
A financial institution.
An investment adviser.
A legal adviser.
A tax adviser.
A property management company.
A guarantor of any real estate transaction, investment outcome, developer obligation, project delivery, property value, resale value, rental yield, or return on investment.

4. Independent Consultants

Consultants who provide services through REIA Egypt are independent professionals and are not employees, partners, agents, legal representatives, or corporate officers of REIA Egypt or REIA Holding, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Consultations provided through the platform reflect the professional opinion, assessment, experience, and judgment of the relevant consultant based on the information made available at the time of the consultation.

REIA Egypt may review consultant performance, platform compliance, service quality, user complaints, and consultation records, but such review does not convert the consultant into an employee or make REIA Egypt responsible for every professional opinion expressed by a consultant.

REIA Egypt may set platform standards, onboarding requirements, internal guidelines, service rules, and quality controls for consultants. However, users acknowledge that consultants remain independently responsible for the professional views, assessments, and recommendations they provide.

5. No Guarantee of Results or Investment Outcomes

All consultations, reports, opinions, and recommendations provided through REIA Egypt are for informational and professional guidance purposes only.

REIA Egypt does not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third parties, developers, sellers, brokers, advertisers, or external sources.
The legal status, ownership status, title validity, licensing status, delivery date, construction progress, financial stability, or compliance status of any property, unit, project, developer, or real estate transaction.
Any investment return, profit, resale value, rental yield, capital appreciation, liquidity, or financial outcome.
Any developer’s performance, project completion, delivery timeline, refund ability, compensation, maintenance standards, or contractual compliance.
The availability, price, payment plan, installment terms, reservation status, or marketability of any unit or project.
That a user’s real estate decision will be risk-free, profitable, suitable, or legally enforceable.

Users are solely responsible for their final decisions and must conduct their own independent legal, financial, technical, engineering, tax, and contractual due diligence before entering into any real estate transaction.

6. Not Legal, Financial, Tax, or Engineering Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific service description and provided by a properly qualified professional, consultations provided through REIA Egypt should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural, or investment advice.

Real estate decisions may involve significant legal, financial, technical, and commercial risks. Users are strongly encouraged to consult qualified lawyers, financial advisers, accountants, tax advisers, engineers, surveyors, or other licensed professionals before signing contracts, paying deposits, making commitments, or relying on documents that require specialist verification.

No information provided through REIA Egypt should be interpreted as a substitute for independent legal review, financial due diligence, engineering inspection, tax advice, or official verification from competent authorities.

7. Eligibility to Use the Platform

By using REIA Egypt, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal capacity under applicable law.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You are using the platform for lawful purposes.
You are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws or platform policies.
All information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
If you use the platform on behalf of another person, company, or entity, you have the legal authority to do so.

REIA Egypt may refuse access, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account where it reasonably believes that the user does not meet these eligibility requirements or has provided false, inaccurate, unauthorized, or misleading information.

8. Account Registration and Security

Certain services may require the creation of an account. When creating or using an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your account information up to date.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Not share your account access with any unauthorized person.
Not create accounts using false identities or unauthorized contact information.
Promptly notify REIA Egypt if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or compromise of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless you can demonstrate that such activity occurred due to circumstances outside your reasonable control and not because of your negligence, misconduct, or failure to secure your credentials.

REIA Egypt may implement authentication, verification, account review, or security measures at its discretion to protect users, consultants, and the platform.

9. Accuracy of Information Provided by Users

Consultation quality depends heavily on the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the information provided by the user.

You agree that:

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information, files, documents, messages, images, and instructions you provide.
REIA Egypt and consultants may rely on the information you submit when providing the service.
Inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, manipulated, or misleading information may affect the quality, relevance, or accuracy of the consultation.
REIA Egypt is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect, missing, concealed, or misleading information submitted by the user.
You must promptly correct or update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.

10. User Content and Uploaded Files

Users may upload, submit, share, or transmit files, documents, images, messages, notes, or other content through the platform for the purpose of receiving consultation services.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights, permissions, or authority to submit such content.
The content does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party right.
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and is not intentionally misleading.
The content does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, malicious, or harmful material.
The content does not contain viruses, malware, corrupted files, or harmful code.
The content does not include unnecessary sensitive data unless such data is directly relevant to the consultation.

REIA Egypt may remove, restrict, reject, delete, or refuse to process any User Content that it reasonably considers unlawful, excessive, irrelevant, harmful, misleading, risky, technically unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.

11. License to Use User Content for Service Purposes

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the platform, you grant REIA Egypt, REIA Holding, consultants, and authorized service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, use, store, copy, process, display, transmit, review, and analyze such content solely for purposes related to:

Providing the requested consultation.
Managing and operating the platform.
Communicating with you and assigned consultants.
Preparing reports, summaries, recommendations, or service outputs.
Providing customer support.
Processing complaints, disputes, refunds, or service reviews.
Monitoring quality and compliance.
Protecting platform security and preventing misuse.
Complying with applicable law or lawful requests.

This license continues only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, subject to the Privacy Policy, retention rules, legal obligations, and dispute-related needs.

12. Bookings and Consultations

Users may book consultations through the platform subject to availability, service scope, pricing, consultant availability, platform rules, and payment confirmation where required.

A booking may be subject to:

Confirmation by the platform.
Payment authorization or successful payment.
Consultant availability.
User submission of required information.
Compliance with service-specific instructions.
Rescheduling, cancellation, or refund rules.

REIA Egypt may decline, cancel, reschedule, or modify a booking where necessary due to technical issues, consultant unavailability, suspected misuse, payment failure, inaccurate information, policy violations, force majeure, or other reasonable operational reasons.

A consultation begins and ends according to the service format, duration, and scope shown at the time of booking or otherwise communicated through the platform.

13. Scope of Consultation Services

Each consultation is limited to the scope, duration, format, and description selected or confirmed at the time of booking.

Unless expressly included in the selected service, a consultation does not include:

Full legal due diligence.
Title investigation.
Government authority searches.
Developer financial audit.
Property valuation by a licensed valuer.
Engineering inspection.
Structural assessment.
Tax planning.
Contract drafting or negotiation.
Representation before developers, sellers, buyers, authorities, courts, or third parties.
Brokerage, sales, purchase execution, or deal closing.
Guaranteeing availability, price, or transaction completion.

REIA Egypt may offer different service tiers or additional services from time to time. Any additional scope must be clearly confirmed through the platform or in writing by REIA Egypt.

14. Consultation Reports and Outputs

Where a consultation includes a written report, summary, recommendation, or other output, such output is prepared based on information available at the time of review and within the selected service scope.

Reports and outputs:

Are intended for the requesting user’s personal use in connection with the relevant consultation.
Should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, engineering, or investment advice unless expressly stated and provided by a qualified professional.
May rely on documents and information submitted by the user or available from third-party sources.
May be affected by missing, outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
May become outdated due to market changes, legal changes, developer updates, price changes, availability changes, or new facts.

Users must not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit consultation reports or outputs without written permission from REIA Egypt, except for personal use or sharing with the user’s own advisers for due diligence purposes.

15. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

Fees for consultations and services are displayed on the platform or communicated through official channels before or during booking.

By purchasing a service, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees through the payment methods approved by REIA Egypt.
Provide accurate payment information.
Ensure that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Pay any applicable taxes, charges, or fees where required.
Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks, payment reversals, or unauthorized disputes.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. REIA Egypt is not responsible for payment processing failures, bank delays, payment gateway outages, card issuer decisions, or third-party payment restrictions outside its reasonable control.

REIA Egypt may change service fees from time to time. Fee changes do not affect confirmed bookings unless expressly stated or required by law.

16. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are subject to the refund and cancellation rules made available by REIA Egypt at the time of booking or through platform policies.

REIA Egypt may consider refund or rescheduling requests based on factors including:

Whether the consultation has started or been completed.
Whether the user attended the scheduled session.
Whether the consultant attended or delivered the service.
Whether the user provided required information on time.
Whether a technical failure occurred and which party caused or controlled it.
Whether there was a proven service quality issue.
Whether the request was made within the applicable timeframe.
Whether the user violated these Terms or platform policies.

REIA Egypt may refuse refunds where the service has been delivered, the user failed to attend, the user submitted incomplete or misleading information, the user violated platform rules, the issue resulted from user-side technical problems, or the refund request is abusive, fraudulent, or outside applicable rules.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17. No Off-Platform Communication or Transactions

To protect users, ensure quality control, preserve records, prevent fraud, and allow dispute review, all communication between users and consultants must take place through the official communication tools provided by REIA Egypt unless expressly authorized by REIA Egypt.

Users and consultants are prohibited from:

Exchanging phone numbers, emails, social media accounts, messaging app accounts, or external contact details.
Moving consultations, payments, agreements, or transactions outside the platform.
Soliciting, accepting, arranging, or completing off-platform services, commissions, brokerage, sales, referrals, or side agreements.
Using platform information to contact another party outside the platform.
Circumventing booking, payment, quality assurance, commission, dispute, or monitoring systems.

REIA Egypt may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this section. If a user communicates, pays, contracts, or deals outside the platform, REIA Egypt may be unable to verify, support, refund, review, or resolve any resulting issue and shall not be responsible for losses arising from such off-platform conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, legitimate, and authorized purposes.

You must not:

Use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or manipulated information.
Misrepresent your identity, authority, relationship, or intention.
Harass, threaten, abuse, insult, defame, or intimidate consultants, users, staff, or support representatives.
Upload illegal, infringing, confidential, defamatory, offensive, harmful, or malicious content.
Attempt to access, copy, scrape, extract, or collect platform data without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or disrupt the platform.
Introduce viruses, malware, bots, scripts, or harmful code.
Attempt to bypass access controls, payment systems, booking systems, security measures, or monitoring tools.
Use the platform for unauthorized advertising, solicitation, brokerage, lead generation, recruitment, or commercial exploitation.
Use the platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, illegal transactions, identity misuse, or unauthorized real estate dealings.
Interfere with another user’s access to or use of the platform.
Violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or contractual rights.

REIA Egypt may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, account restriction, suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, or legal action.

19. Quality Review, Monitoring, and Recordkeeping

REIA Egypt may monitor, store, review, or audit certain in-platform communications, files, sessions, reports, support interactions, and service records for purposes including:

Quality assurance.
Complaint and dispute review.
Consultant compliance.
User protection.
Fraud prevention.
Policy enforcement.
Security monitoring.
Legal compliance.

Such review may include chats, calls, meetings, uploaded files, consultation outputs, booking history, payment records, support tickets, and technical logs, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Users acknowledge that maintaining platform records is necessary to protect both users and REIA Egypt, especially in the event of disputes, refund requests, complaints, misuse, or legal claims.

20. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer, and protection of personal data are governed by the REIA Egypt Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that REIA Egypt may process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law, including data related to accounts, bookings, consultations, communications, files, payments, quality review, disputes, security, and support.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

21. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform Content, including the platform design, software, source code, databases, workflows, user interface, trademarks, logos, brand elements, graphics, written materials, templates, reports, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to REIA Egypt, REIA Holding, or their licensors.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform solely for personal, lawful, and service-related purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Users must not:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or exploit any part of the platform.
Use REIA Egypt branding, trademarks, logos, or content without prior written permission.
Scrape, download, extract, or build databases using platform content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform.
Use platform templates, reports, workflows, or materials to create competing services.

All rights not expressly granted to users are reserved.

22. Feedback and Suggestions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, feature requests, or recommendations regarding REIA Egypt, you grant REIA Egypt and REIA Holding the right to use, modify, implement, publish, and exploit such feedback without restriction, obligation, or compensation, provided that personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

23. Third-Party Services and Content

The platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, such as payment gateways, video meeting tools, chat tools, hosting providers, analytics services, map services, email services, or external links.

REIA Egypt does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security practices, payment decisions, technical failures, or data processing activities, except to the extent required by applicable law.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, fees, and conditions imposed by those third parties.

24. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

REIA Egypt aims to provide a reliable digital service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available access to the platform.

The platform may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or interrupted due to:

Maintenance or updates.
Technical errors or software bugs.
Internet outages or telecom failures.
Payment gateway issues.
Third-party service failures.
Cybersecurity incidents.
Force majeure events.
User device, browser, network, or configuration problems.

REIA Egypt may modify, suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, subject to applicable law and confirmed bookings where relevant.

25. Suspension and Termination

REIA Egypt may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the platform, with or without prior notice where appropriate, if it reasonably believes that:

You violated these Terms or any platform policy.
You provided false, misleading, unauthorized, or incomplete information.
You misused the platform or attempted to bypass its systems.
You engaged in off-platform communication or transactions in violation of these Terms.
You harassed, threatened, abused, or acted improperly toward consultants, users, or staff.
Your account is involved in suspicious, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
Your use of the platform creates legal, security, financial, operational, reputational, or compliance risks.
Suspension or termination is required by law, authority request, payment provider decision, or security necessity.

Upon suspension or termination, REIA Egypt may restrict access to bookings, consultations, communications, files, reports, or other platform features. Certain data may be retained as required for legal, accounting, security, dispute, or compliance purposes.

26. User-Initiated Account Closure

You may request account closure by contacting support or using any account closure tool made available by the platform.

Account closure does not automatically cancel completed services, refund paid fees, erase all records immediately, or remove obligations incurred before closure.

REIA Egypt may retain certain data and records after account closure where necessary for legal compliance, accounting, tax, payment records, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, quality review, or enforcement of these Terms, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

27. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

REIA Egypt disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular real estate, financial, legal, or investment decision.

REIA Egypt does not warrant that:

The platform will always be available, secure, or error-free.
Any consultation will achieve a particular result.
Any consultant’s opinion will be free from professional disagreement.
Any third-party information will be accurate, complete, or up to date.
Any property, project, developer, seller, broker, or transaction will meet the user’s expectations.
Any report or recommendation will remain valid after market, legal, price, availability, developer, or factual changes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REIA Egypt, REIA Holding, their officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, service providers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or economic losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of investment value, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of expected savings, or real estate transaction losses.

Without limiting the foregoing, REIA Egypt shall not be liable for losses arising from:

User reliance on consultations without independent due diligence.
Real estate market changes.
Developer delays, defaults, insolvency, misrepresentations, or failures.
Seller, broker, advertiser, or third-party conduct.
Invalid, incomplete, inaccurate, or disputed property documents.
Legal, financial, tax, engineering, or contractual issues outside the selected service scope.
User-submitted inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unauthorized information.
Off-platform communications, payments, deals, arrangements, or transactions.
Payment gateway failures, bank delays, or third-party service interruptions.
Unauthorized account access caused by user negligence or credential disclosure.
Technical failures outside REIA Egypt’s reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REIA Egypt’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific paid service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to REIA Egypt for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

29. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REIA Egypt, REIA Holding, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, contractors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

Your violation of these Terms or any platform policy.
Your misuse of the platform.
Your submission of unlawful, inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized, or infringing User Content.
Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or intellectual property rights.
Your off-platform communication, transaction, payment, arrangement, or dispute.
Your fraud, misconduct, negligence, or unlawful activity.
Your breach of representations, warranties, or obligations under these Terms.

This indemnity applies to the extent permitted by law.

30. Force Majeure

REIA Egypt shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, interruption, or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, regulatory changes, internet outages, telecom failures, power failures, cyberattacks, payment network failures, third-party service failures, epidemics, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.

31. Electronic Communications and Acceptance

You agree that communications, notices, agreements, disclosures, confirmations, invoices, reports, and other documents may be provided electronically through the platform, email, notifications, or other digital means.

Your use of the platform, account registration, clicking acceptance buttons, booking consultations, making payments, uploading files, or continuing to use the platform after notice of updated terms may constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms and related policies, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining valid and accessible contact information and regularly checking platform notices, emails, and account messages.

32. Changes to the Terms

REIA Egypt may update, amend, or replace these Terms from time to time for reasons including changes to services, legal requirements, operational needs, new features, security improvements, payment requirements, or platform policy updates.

The updated Terms will be posted on the platform or website with the updated date. Where changes are material, REIA Egypt may notify users through email, in-platform notice, or other appropriate means.

Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.

33. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or relating to the platform, services, consultations, bookings, payments, reports, communications, or user accounts shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law rules.

34. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Users are encouraged to contact REIA Egypt support first in the event of any complaint, dispute, refund request, service quality issue, or account-related concern.

REIA Egypt may review platform records, communications, payment data, consultation history, uploaded files, and relevant evidence to assess and resolve disputes in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules or applicable legal requirements, the Egyptian courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform.

REIA Egypt reserves the right to seek urgent, injunctive, interim, or protective relief before any competent court where necessary to protect its rights, intellectual property, confidential information, users, platform security, or legal interests.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited, modified, or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

36. No Waiver

Any failure or delay by REIA Egypt to enforce any right, remedy, or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right, remedy, or provision.

A waiver shall be valid only if made in writing by an authorized representative of REIA Egypt or REIA Holding.

37. Assignment

REIA Egypt is a digital platform for independent online real estate consultations and is not a real estate developer, investment adviser, legal adviser, financial adviser, or guarantor of any transaction or outcome.
Consultants provide independent professional opinions based on available information and service scope.
You remain solely responsible for your final real estate, financial, contractual, and investment decisions.
You must conduct independent legal, financial, technical, and contractual due diligence before entering into any real estate transaction.
You must not communicate, pay, arrange, or transact with consultants outside the platform unless expressly authorized by REIA Egypt.
